Program Description:
By becoming a partner with Interamerican Tech Corp your company will have access to steeper pricing discounts as our Account Manager(s) will monitor your monthly purchasing volumes and subsequently can increase your discount percentages by changing your level base in our system. Also, our Account Managers will assist with your equipment selections ensuring you are ordering the correct product for your customer’s application and if an item is not in stock have the ability to make suggestions for a product substitute ensuring your customer receives the best customer service possible. Our partners also receive monthly promotion specials not offered to end customers including new product “stocking” incentives. Finally, as a partner Interamerican Tech Corp will do it’s best to promote your company by often referring local customers to you. In addition, if we happen to be out of stock you will have further opportunities to make a sale by keeping stock on hand.
Eligibility:
Anyone can submit a partner application. The program manager determines admittance into our partner program. Resellers and Integrators must provide a valid reseller certificate and/or tax exempt license validating their status in the principle state / location. End customers/consumers are not eligible for admission into the partner program.
Pricing:
Interamerican Tech Corp offers level based pricing according to monthly volume(s) and/or project size. For further information regarding the pricing structure please complete and submit the application and you will be contacted with further information or by the program manager.
Proprietary Information Agreement:
Our standard proprietary information (NDA) and inventions agreement(s) will be distributed and must be signed in order to continue in the partnership program.
Termination:
Intermamerican Tech Corp can terminate the partnership at any time with or without cause and with or without notice. Disclosure of pricing and/or our pricing program is cause for immediate termination of the partnership.
